These terms govern your use of the Patchflare marketing website at patchflare.com. They do not cover the Patchflare application, which has its own agreement for customers.

By accessing or using patchflare.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to the marketing website only, not to the Patchflare application.
Use of the website
You may browse the website and submit demo or early-access request forms for your own legitimate business purposes. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form.
No warranty on content
The website's content is provided for general information about Patchflare and is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Intellectual property
The Patchflare name, logo, and all content on this website are owned by CyberCloud IQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempting to bypass security controls, no submitting false or automated form entries, no scraping content, and no using the website in any way that disrupts its normal operation.
Demo and early-access requests
Submitting a demo or early-access request form does not create a customer relationship, a subscription, or any obligation on either side. It is simply a request for us to contact you about Patchflare.
Early-access program
If you are accepted into the Patchflare early-access program, your participation is governed by a separate early-access agreement provided to you at that time, not by these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberCloud IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for use of the website, which is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
