Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice applies to the Patchflare marketing website at patchflare.com. It does not cover the Patchflare application, which customers access after signing up. The application has its own terms of service and data processing agreement, provided separately to customers.

Who we are

The website is operated by CyberCloud IQ. Patchflare is a security-patching service that scans GitHub repositories for vulnerable dependencies and opens verified pull requests to fix them.

Information we collect

When you submit a demo or early-access request form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, the repositories or ecosystems you use, your message, and your consent to be contacted.

When you submit a form, we also collect technical data: the page you were on, the referring page, UTM campaign parameters, your user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address used only for rate limiting. We also record the result of an automated bot check performed by Cloudflare.

How we use this information

We use form submissions to respond to demo and early-access requests, evaluate fit, and follow up about Patchflare. We use technical data to prevent abuse of our forms, understand where requests come from, and keep the site secure.

Legal basis for processing

Where GDPR applies, we process your information based on our legitimate interest in responding to your business enquiry, and on the consent you give when submitting a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Where CCPA applies, we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the storage, bot protection and email delivery behind our forms. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf to operate the site.

Lead records from demo and early-access forms may be copied to Google, where our sales team tracks and follows up on requests. A notification email is also sent to us when a form is submitted.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on the website at launch. Cloudflare's bot check sets a token used only to verify that a form submission is not automated.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time by emailing privacy@patchflare.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict our processing of it, request a copy in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Patchflare application

This notice covers the marketing website only. If you become a Patchflare customer, the Patchflare application and its handling of your organization's data are governed by a separate customer agreement and data processing agreement, provided to you at that time.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised notice.
